He then served as Director of Stewardship at his parish in Greenville, SC. Joe is called to the Stewardship ministry. He became Catholic as a young adult and has always been interested in what the Bible says about money. An author, Joe wrote It’s Not Your Money and created the website www.itsnotyourmoney.org where he posts reflections and provides stewardship education.
A native of New Orleans, Joe graduated from UNO with a B.S. in Finance. He took classes in the Masters of Pastoral Studies at Loyola. He is married to Claire and together they have 5 kids (and 3 kids-in-law) and 5 grandchildren. He is very grateful to be back home where he can get 7-napkin roast beef po-boys and Hansen snowballs.
